Private trading, start to finish.
btx⇄trade is a private OTC desk for BTX. Fund your account, place a private order, and the desk settles matched orders on its ledger. No wallet to set up, nothing to sign.
- 01
Sign in with email
A one-time code, no password and no wallet. Your email is how the desk reaches you and how you sign in.
- 02
Add a withdrawal address
Add the address you’ll withdraw to and verify it with the link we email you. Funds only ever leave to an address you verified.
- 03
Fund your account
Deposit USDC to buy, or BTX to sell, to a deposit address that’s yours alone. Your balance is credited once the deposit is final on its chain.
- 04
Place a private order
Choose your side, size, and price. Your order stays private, so only the desk sees it. Your balance is reserved while it rests.
- 05
The desk crosses
The desk privately matches compatible orders within your limit, then posts the resulting credits to its ledger.
- 06
Cleared, then withdraw
You’re emailed that your order cleared and how much was credited. Request withdrawal to a verified address; chain, custody, and desk-health checks still apply.
How do orders execute?
You place a private order at your price. The desk privately matches compatible orders within your limit, then posts the resulting credits to its ledger.
Your orders stay private
Your side, size, and price are seen only by the desk — that’s the point. It lets you trade real size without tipping the market or being priced against. Your order is filled within the price you set, and you can always work out your own average: the USDC you paid divided by the BTX you got.
How the desk makes money
The desk earns the spread between the two sides it matches, plus a small fee. It holds no inventory and takes no position — it makes money on the match, not on whether BTX goes up or down.
Your funds
The desk holds the assets backing your balance under chain-specific custody controls. Every balance is tracked on a tamper-evident ledger, and automated checks compare observed holdings with recorded customer liabilities. Withdrawal requests are restricted to an address you’ve added and verified by email. The full picture is on the security page.
